A unique event for carers to meet and talk with over 30 support organisations - all in one place for one day
We're delighted to invite all unpaid carers to the launch of the first Sheffield Carers Roadshow on Thursday 5 October at the Winter Garden and Mercure St Paul’s Hotel in the city centre. The event is being organised by a partnership of Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Carers Centre, Sheffield Young Carers, and the South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. It will provide a unique opportunity for carers, health and social care professionals plus local businesses to talk to representatives from over 30 organisations supporting carers.

Can you get a cosier home with the Warm Homes Sheffield programme

The Sheffield Mental Health Guide was re-launched last month
This online guide was re-launched last month and provides information on mental health services, activities and resources available to you, or someone you’re supporting. It is managed by local charity Sheffield Flourish on behalf of Sheffield City Council, and has been created by working with the community and people with lived experience of mental health.

Your feedback is very important to everyone at the Carers Centre
Everything we do at Sheffield Carers Centre aims to help and support unpaid carers in the city. It’s very important we're aware of carers' needs so we welcome and encourage your feedback to help us review, assess and develop our services to continue meeting those needs. Use this link to complete our 30 second survey or click here >>> to use our website’s ‘contact us’ page

Take part in the South Yorkshire ICB Patient Transport Survey
South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board are currently undertaking a review of their Patient Transport Service. They are asking carers with experience of a recent journey to complete this survey to help identify the strengths and weakness in the service. Letting them know your opinions on what is important to you will help to influence improvements to the service
